    About Jordan Fletcher

    Gorge Holdings Inc. president Jordan Fletcher is an experienced real estate developer in southern Ontario.

     

    Before taking on the role as president for Gorge Holdings, Jordan started as property manager in 2006. As property manager, he handled all leases, tenant relations, renovations, property maintenance, repairs, contracts and rent collection. At his current role as president, Jordan oversees the day-to-day operation of the business, buys and sells properties, develops new and existing locations, and works closely with a wide range of professionals, including consultants, lawyers and bankers.He has expanded the company’s portfolio and generated significant growth by seeking out diverse, unique and promising projects and investments.

     

    After graduating from the University of Western Ontario, Jordan began his career in the real estate world. After years of developing and managing properties in the Niagara Region in areas such as St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Welland, Thorold, Niagara on the Lake, and London Ontario, Jordan has accumulated a depth of knowledge and expertise needed to succeed in the highly competitive and complex Ontario real estate market.

    Welland retail and commercial shopping plaza


    Working closely with local and national offices and institutions for partnerships, he is always interested in new development projects and joint ventures.


    When Jordan is not scouting out new real estate opportunities or adding value to properties, Jordan enjoys skiing, travel, health and fitness, and design and architecture.
